Shipping Destination
At this time, we proudly ship only within the United States.
We are working to expand our shipping services in the future, and we appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Charges
We keep shipping simple with a flat shipping fee of $5 on every order.
Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase there are no hidden shipping fees.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Every order is carefully prepared and packed by our team before it leaves our warehouse.
Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days
Transit Time: 5 to 8 Business Days
Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected shipping delays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Partners
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted shipping carriers, including:
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on your location and the fastest available delivery option.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
You can use the tracking number anytime to monitor your package until it arrives.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us at admin@marellamaison.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.
- Check around your front door, porch, mailbox, garage, or any safe delivery location.
- Ask family members, neighbors, or your building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number for additional delivery information.
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We'll gladly work with you to arrange either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Our goal is to make sure you receive the products you ordered.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at admin@marellamaison.com. Please include your order number in your cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the cancellation request is received within the 24-hour period and before the order is shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Delayed Deliveries
While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is taking longer than expected, don't worry simply contact our support team, and we'll be happy to check your shipment status for you.
