2. Where does MarellaMaison ship from?

We partner with trusted vendors and manufacturers through a dropshipping model. Your items are shipped directly from our verified partners' warehouses, with thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure your handbag arrives in perfect condition.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package directly through the carrier’s website.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, Elo, PayPal, Apple Pay
  • Digital Wallets: Shop Pay and Google Pay

Your transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways, your data is safe with us.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but you’ll need to act quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it’s been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

To request a cancellation or change, email us at admin@marellamaison.com as soon as possible.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. What if my package is lost or delayed?

We understand how frustrating delays can be. If your tracking number hasn't updated or your package seems lost, contact us right away. We'll work with our delivery partners to locate or replace your order at no extra cost.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.
However, we’re actively working to expand our reach and hope to serve more countries soon!
